The Medical Education Unit at our College and in coordination with the Ministry of Health –Department of Human Development– organized a course that entitled “Medical Dialogue and Communication Skills” for the instructors and lecturers of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Hawleer in Erbil. Assistant Prof. Bassem Al-Mudhaffar said that this course– which lasted five days- was directed to them, and included talks, lectures and traineeship for the participants. The course concluded with a scientific discussion about the experience of the College of Medicine in Kufa to introduce this important subject in its curriculum. There has been a coordination between the coordinators of the modules from our faculty with professors from the faculty of medicine of Erbil to exchange experience and increase cooperation in scientific fields between the two Universities.
