The second preparatory meeting was held for the scientific symposium on reducing maternal mortality in the age of pregnancy and reproduction. The symposium will be held in Najaf health Directorate. The meeting which attended by the Assistant Director of Najaf Health Directorate, Dr. Mohammad Hussein Hadi, the Dean of Kufa college of Medicine, Dr. Mohammed Saeed Abdul Zahra, the Dean of College of Nursing, Dr. Rajiha Abdul Hassan Hamzah and the Directors of Technical Sections and Public Health in Health Directorate as well as Mother and Child administrator Dr. Rafaah Yaseen. The meeting included the designation of the special committees for the scientific symposium; the most important topics that will be discussed; the groups that will participate in covering the work of the symposium and timing of each axis. The Assistant Director stressed that this second preparatory meeting and in cooperation with Najaf Health Directorate and both colleges of Medicine and Nursing is to prepare for this important scientific symposium to be held in February 23.
