About the nature of the work of the unit:
Care unit study of cancerous tumors in the Middle Euphrates region contributes to the support the staff scientific activity in this direction for the purpose of standing at character statistical cancers, also interested in research graduate students applied in the field of diagnosis and treatment of tumors and the unit tries to communicate with those inside and outside the country for the purpose of cooperation in accomplishing its goals to invest modern techniques that can be obtained.
Objectives:
* The study of all cellular genetic diseases and analyzed Chromosomes and various laboratory methods .
* The survey of all cancerous diseases spread in the province.
The unit aims to develop and expand its work to the research center includes different sections function as special students of graduate studies and a special section of the same research center and a special section to receive patients from public hospitals .
