Discussion of the master’s thesis The master’s thesis was discussed in the College of Medicine / University of Kufa in the specialty of urology and infertility by the researcher Haider Rafi Al-Khafaji, who described his research as (the relationship between antibodies to sperm and the interaction of oxygen species and their impact on the results of ICSI for male infertility patients). This study, which was conducted on 50 samples from infertile couples, aimed to investigate the effect of anti-sperm antibodies and ROS on the outcome of ICSI for male infertile patients. The results of the research concluded that ICSI is an effective method in treating male infertility and that there is no effect of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and anti-sperm antibodies (ASA) on the results of ICSI.
