The academic staff member at the faculty of Medicine / University of Kufa, Prof. Ali Al-Muhanna, chaired the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis of the student Muhammad Jaafar Al-Ansari who tagged his thesis as (Study of the immunological properties and preventive efficacy of flagellin against infection of the multi-antibiotic-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in a rat model). The results of the histological examination of the organs of the anatomized animals (heart, kidney, liver, spleen, and lung) showed that all organs (except the lung) were normal in their histological structure, while the histological examination of the lung in groups immunized with flagellin type A and type B showed a slight concentration of inflammatory cells inside the tissue in contrast to the unimpeded aggregates.
