Under the patronage of the Chancellor of University of Kufa, Prof. Yasser Lafta Hassoun, and under the supervision of the Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Raid Umran, as well as the Dean of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Ahmed Al-Azzam, the Faculties of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Kufa held a scientific symposium on hemorrhagic fever in the medical education hall at the Faculty of Medicine and in the presence of a large number of teaching staff from both faculties, During which the virus that causes the disease was discussed, ways of transmitting the disease from animals to humans, symptoms and signs of the disease, methods of diagnosing and treating the disease, as well as ways to prevent this dangerous disease. The lecture was attended by Prof. Dr. Samit Elias Al-Mawla, Professor of Internal Medicine at Faculty of Medicine, and Assistant Professor Ali Hadi Al-Noamani, Professor of Common Diseases at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kufa.
