- تعد شعبة التسجيل في كلية الطب من الشعب المهمة والتي لها أرتباط وثيق ومباشر بالطلبة ،
ويشمل عمل الشعبه ألى أنجاز كافة المعاملات الخاصة بالطلبة المستمرين والخريجين من حيث 1) تسجيل الطلبه الجدد في بدايه كل عام دراسي بعد ورود كشف القبول المركزي من رئاسة الجامعه ورقيا والكترونيا عبر برنامجSIS وإدراج أسماء الطلبة الجدد في قاعدة بيانات التسجيل بنظامMicrosoft Excel و إدخال أسماءهم وبياناتهم على برنامج متابعة الطلبة المزورين وإرسالها إلى الجامعة لغرض التدقيق.
2) تهيئة قوائم بأسماء الطلبة الجدد والمنقولين إلى الكلية وجميع قنوات القبول واستنساخ وثائقهم الخاص لغرض تدقيقها مع الوزارة .
3) إصدار أوامر إدارية تخص الطلبة الجدد في حال عدم التسجيل والرسوب بسب الغياب والترقين قيد …الخ.
4) متابعة وإجابة وطباعة الكتب الواردة من رئاسة الجامعة والأقسام العلمية.
5) ترويج معاملات تعديل الترشيح والاستضافة والنقل داخل العراق وإصدار أوامر إدارية بذلك. 6) إصدار إحصائية تتضمن اعداد الطلبه واعداد الطلبه المنقولين والمستضافين والمعدل ترشيحهم من والى كليتنا.
7) تزويد الطلبة بتأييدات استمرارية وفحص ومعالجة.
8) طباعة الوثائق بالدرجات والتأييدات و الشهادة الجدارية المصدقة باللغتين العربية والانكليزية 9) العمل مع مؤسسه ECFMG الامريكيه من خلال رابط الكتروني خاص بين هذه المؤسسه التي تعنى بخريجي الكليات الطبيه وهذه المؤسسه تعتمدها كل المراكز الجامعيه والطبيه في امريكا وكندا وعدد اخر من الدول حيث لايتم قبول أي متقدم لامتحان الرخصه الامريكيه USMLE الا بتوثيقه من هذه المؤسسة.
10) منح صحة صدور لكل الوثائق الصادره من كليتنا الى الجهات المانحة.
