The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Kufa continued for the fourth day its discussions with the Students, where the discussions of the students of the first stage, which were distributed to 20 discussion committees, were completed. Dr. Habib Shuhaib, the director of the program , said “This is a valuable experience and it is good for the Faculty of Medicine to adopt such method as an educational method that allows the student to learn and practice good professional qualities and flexible life skills, namely, the ability to self-assess and seek progress and evolution through goal-setting and making plans to accomplish it in addition to communication and teamwork skills to provide and accept feedback and to meet and manage time”. Dr. Shuhaib added that all these skills that presented to the students in the first stage will be reflected tomorrow on their performance which will make the teaching staff so proud. The students expressed their satisfaction and pleasure with the program and described it as giving their minds a lot of maturity and wisdom.
