The research team includes Dr. Mohsen Al-Dhalimi from the Faculty of Medicine, Mr. Saheb Al-Kaabi from the Faculty of Education for Girls, Dr. Mortada Hashem; the instructor. Nour Taha from the Faculty of Medicine and the instructor Karar Al-Sabti from the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics. The team was able to publish a scientific research entitled (A new diagnostic visualization method for determining the response of the Neodymium laser bag of the long frequency pulse 532 nm of Port Wayne bloody birthmark in the face) at the (JOURNAL OF COSMETIC AND LASER THERAPY) which approved at( Scopus and Thomson Reuters). Dr. Murtada Hashim said that the study achieved a safe and effective treatment in treating the facial bloody birthmarks by using the Neodymium laser( laser frequency 532 nm), in addition it achieved a new method to measure the response rate for treated skin tissue by laser and the improvement rate for each patient by using the image processing which taken For the patient before and after treatment, Hashim added that the rate of improvement of the infection was monitored by using a universally approved measure (PSNR) to compare images and their similarities. The data were programmed electronically by using the program.
